| Ms. Palka has over fifteen years of experience in the accounting field. Among the firm's small business clients are retail businesses, service companies, construction contractors, health related service providers, real estate sales and operations, and non-profit organizations. |

| Lorraine is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has been a member and officer of the Stroudsburg Women’s Regional Club, a local non-profit charitable organization. Ms. Palka also volunteers her accounting and consulting services to other local non-profit organizations including Slater Family Network. |

| Lorraine is a graduate of Rutgers University and continues her professional education with 40 credits in continuing professional education annually. |
